About me

I was born and grew up in Hungary. Since I have always been very interested in foreign cultures and languages, after high school I decided to continue my studies in Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary) with the main specialization of Oriental Languages and Cultures, then I did my master in Iranian Studies. During my studies I did not only learn the Persian language, but I also learned the history, literature and art of Iran. I read a lot of literaly texts from the 10th century to the present day's literature. (Ferdowsi, 'Attar, Nezami Ganjavi, Sa'di, Hafez, Jami, Sohrab Sepehri, Nima Jusij, Forough Farrokhzad etc.)

After my university graduation I started to work as a researcher for Avicenna, Institute of Middle-Eastern Studies, and I had been teaching at the Eötvös Loránd University for four years, moreover I was charged with many translation and interpretation orders.  Due to a university scholarship I spent a year in Iran doing my research on the Perisan language, linguistics and literature. During my stay I visited more than 15 cities. 

In recent years I visit Iran minimum once a year as an interpreter. 

I started to teach 8 years ago. I had been teaching at the university and many different language schools. After the years being employed by an institute I finally decided to start my own business and company. University and language schools did not give me the freedom and flexibility I believe in. I believe that everyone is different. No learning plan or material exists which suits everyone, therefore I never use the same plan and material for two different students. 

The Persian language is not only my job, but it is my passion. When I am not teaching, I am translating.

When I don't work, I like reading in Persian or doing ceramics. At the moment I live in Sweden and I am learning the Swedish language.

Besides Persian, I speak Hungarian, English and German fluently. Swedish is coming soon. :)
